As a kid, I remember tearing through all my Christmas gifts in such excitement. And after I got through with everything under the tree, there was a stocking. It was like an extra little surprise. Normally, they were really small gifts, but it didn’t matter. It felt really special. Stocking stuffers don’t have to cost a lot, but they can have a huge impact.

So, whether you’re looking for your kid or your partner, here are the best gift ideas you can use for your stocking stuffers.

Best Stocking Stuffers

Stocking stuffers are generally small gifts that can easily fit into a stocking. Most of the time, they’re inexpensive, but not always.

But first, did you miss my last Holiday Gift Guides?

Skincare and Makeup

Beauty products are practically made to be stocking stuffers. Which makes them perfect for anyone on your list. After all, men use beauty products too.

Serums, moisturizers, body lotions, makeup, and makeup brushes are all good ideas. You could also try hair care products, perfume, or nail polish. (Dashing Diva makes really good press on nail stickers, too.)

Jewelry and Accessories

One of the most traditional stocking gifts is socks, and it’s not a bad idea! But there are other fashion staples you can get that are small enough for a stocking. If you’re willing to spend a little more, you can really step up your stocking stuffer game with something that sparkles.

Jewelry, sunglasses, wallets, and watches can all make good gifts.

Wellness Gifts

Wellness has become such a big word in our everyday lives. Everywhere you look, there’s a focus on self-care and improving your well-being. And you can use that trend to inspire the perfect stocking gift.

Bath products, candles, essential oils, and vitamins work well. You could also try a pair of foot-warming booties that’s sure to make someone feel good.

Toys and Games

If you’re looking for a perfect stocking stuffer for the little ones on your list, toys and games are often small enough to fit inside a Christmas sock. (Stuffed animals and lego sets come to mind.) And besides, some games are good for adults too!

Tech Gifts

This is another category that will likely cost a bit more, but tech gadgets are becoming smaller and more affordable every day.

And you can easily find something great for everyone on your list!

E-books, cell phones (or cell phone accessories), fitness trackers, headphones, or smart devices for your home, car, or personal belongings. (Like a handy key tracker!)

Kitchen and Food

Last but not least, kitchen-related gifts are always a winner. After all, everyone spends time in the kitchen!

You can go for a cooking related gift or try something edible instead.

Depending on my price range, my favorite things to get people are skincare (like the Laniege lip mask) and recently, I’ve been getting all the booklovers in my life a Kindle! I’ve never been one for stocking stuffers. I’d rather give someone a bigger ticket item, than lots of little gifts. Especially now that we’re all older. Great post, it’s full of good ideas 🙂 xx

That’s definitely a fair point and I hadn’t thought of it that way before!
